The Phi Mu house on the University of Kentucky’s campus represents the chapter’s promotion of vibrant living & encouragement of its members to achieve their personal best.

The house features individual resident rooms, bathrooms, and a full kitchen. The HVAC system provided by STW included geothermal heat pumps with an exterior vertical geothermal well field. The system also included an independent energy recovery unit to provide make-up air to the building.
