This project consists of a 3-story classroom addition serving the elementary school section of the existing K-12 building. The new plumbing systems are fully integrated with the existing infrastructure, providing seamless utility service throughout the addition. Careful coordination ensured new connections to the existing systems were efficient and minimally disruptive to ongoing operations within the building. 

The HVAC system for the addition is connected to the existing geothermal system, with an auxiliary fluid cooler added to provide additional capacity for increased cooling demands. All new HVAC components are fully integrated with the existing Building Automation System, allowing for centralized monitoring and control.
