The Floyd County Criminal Justice Center Renovation consists of major renovations and expansions to a 75,000-square-foot detention facility. The project added one hundred twenty-five (125) new bunks, showers, toilets, HVAC, plumbing, lighting, updated technology, and door upgrades.
STW provided design for all fire suppression, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical components of the renovation. A centralized control room will be remodeled to better position the officers to see the blocks. The facility houses about 350 inmates.
