The Martin on Main project is a nearly 200,000 SF development that offers 137 residential apartments with private balconies and garage parking. Apartments include micro-studios, studios, and one and two-bedroom apartments ranging from 515 to 922 SF. Amenities include a resident clubhouse, cycle hub, game yard, pool, dog run, and a courtyard featuring an outdoor kitchen.
The project featured a collaborative team that included the construction management group, which provided early and consistent cost feedback throughout design. Planning/integration for future build-outs of commercial spaces was designed for the first two floors, including infrastructure for power, sanitary, and ductwork routing through the building.
The outdoor pool located on the third level is directly above a future restaurant space. MEP designs were carefully coordinated to support both facilities, including drainage, piping, and power infrastructure.
