Dedicated, driven, and diligent, Justin is known by his colleagues and clients as a kind and dependable team member with a good sense of humor. He thrives on solving complex technical challenges through collaboration, and his ability to apply expertise to large-scale problems is one of his greatest professional strengths. He is passionate about building long-term relationships with clients and values being seen not just as an engineer, but as a trusted advisor.

Justin supports the Children’s Heart Foundation and takes pride in contributing to projects that benefit the community. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, a son and a baby girl, and their golden retriever. He was raised in Richmond, Kentucky, and now calls Louisville home. His favorite places to relax are Hilton Head Island and Sanibel Island, where a perfect day means nothing more than sunshine and a beach chair. Justin also enjoys playing golf, tennis, and skiing whenever he gets the chance.
