As part of the electrical team, Joseph Williams leads the design of power systems for a diverse range of projects. Joseph is recognized for his dedication, adaptability, and composure in high-pressure situations. He values STW’s combination of large-scale opportunities and collaborative environment to allow him to continue to learn, grow and collaborate with other talented professionals.

Outside of work, Joseph enjoys weightlifting, golfing, cooking, and exploring new cuisines. He takes pride in his Vietnamese heritage and in carrying on a family tradition of engineering, with two older brothers and a younger sister also in the profession. He also enjoys setting personal goals, such as training for and completing a half-marathon.
