Dwayne Ellison

Dwayne Ellison works in Client Relations and Construction Administration, nurturing relationships with STW’s K-12, Higher Education and Public Education clients. Prior to working at STW, he oversaw more than $300 million worth of work for Scott County Schools, and he brings that depth of experience to every project he supports. Dwayne is a determined and passionate leader who  takes pride in building strong teams and guiding projects to successful completion.

Colleagues and friends know Dwayne as steadfast and dependable. His leadership extends beyond project work, as he has served as a long-time facilitator of the “Big 15” group of facility and maintenance directors, bringing together districts to collaborate and solve challenges. He values being part of the STW team and finds fulfillment in helping clients bring their projects to life.

Outside of STW, Dwayne is deeply involved in his community. He serves as a member of the Knights of Columbus, volunteers through his church, serve s as a magistrate for the Scott County Fiscal Court and founded the Finley Foundation to support SIDS research. He also spent 20 years coaching football at Georgetown College. In his free time, Dwayne enjoys early morning workouts and walks and traveling with his family. They are just a few states away from visiting all 50!
