Chad Thomas serves as STW’s Controller, bringing a strong financial foundation to support the firm’s continued growth across three markets. As a Certified Public Accountant, Chad plays a key role in strengthening STW’s financial health and ensuring the company is well-positioned for future expansion.

A proud native of Marion County, Chad is deeply connected to both Kentucky and his family. Outside of work, he enjoys supporting his son, Blake, as a varsity golfer and planning beach getaways with his wife, Tandy, a realtor who shares his love of travel.

In the fall, Chad can be found at Kroger Field, where he hosts a tailgate for over 50 University of Kentucky football fans at every home game. His commitment to community and connection makes him a valuable part of the STW team.
