Carter joined our team in 2023 and assists our senior mechanical staff with the design, specification, estimation, and construction administration of mechanical systems.
Engineering is special to Carter because it combines two ways of thinking: practicality and creativity. Carter is passionate about using his brain to employ practical facts to create something new that improves the lives of people. He gets excited to wake up and serve the community around him day in and day out, and that is what makes the projects that give back to people his favorite projects.
Flexibility helps Carter contribute in a unique way to any team that he is a part of. Whether that flexibility has taken shape as serving in new ways at Church, learning something new on the farm, or working with STW. He loves viewing problems from a different angle to find a solution with the tools available.
Outside of normal work hours, Carter can be found spending time with his soon to be wife, Whitney. They might be going for a hike, buying groceries to cook a meal together, or playing HORSE at the park. One of the passions of his life is investing in the spiritual health of his friends. Other than spending time with people, Carter’s favorite hobby is fly fishing, so you might see him out in the Red River Gorge being a trout bum.
