The 76,000 sq. ft. and $16,000,000 new facility serves preschool through eighth graders in the Perry County School District. Designed by STW, the HVAC system is a variable refrigerant flow heat pump system. The HVAC is controlled by a remotely accessible automated control system. Additionally, energy-efficient LED lighting fixtures with automatic controls are integrated throughout the building.
