STW managed MEP engineering for the construction of Zest Pediatric Dentistry, a new dental office located in Beaufort, SC. Our responsibilities encompassed designing and implementing various systems to ensure seamless client experiences, operational efficiency, and optimal functionality throughout the facility.
New electrical infrastructure includes LED lighting fixtures, strategically placed power outlets for enhanced convenience, robust data connectivity solutions to support modern technological needs, and state-of-the-art safety mechanisms to protect both occupants and equipment within the facility.
As for the mechanical systems, our design primarily featured split systems to regulate heating and cooling within the dental office, ensuring optimal climate control for both patients and staff. This approach fostered a comfortable and supportive environment conducive to effective dental care.
Furthermore, our meticulous coordination with a dental consultant facilitated the integration of plumbing and electrical requirements tailored specifically to the needs of a dental practice. This collaborative effort ensured that the office was equipped with efficient and functional utilities necessary for the smooth operation of Zest Pediatric Dentistry.
